Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving. If a shipping delay exists, our team will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday. Orders received on Friday will be posted on Monday.

Orders are shipped via Hermes/Royal mail/DHL. Shipping is free within the UK mainland and £10 for international orders.Domestic delivery takes 3-4 days and international delivery may take 10+ days.

Delivery times are not guaranteed (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to several other factors including SALES, National holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, product availability and credit card authorization.

Returns

B-BLING* provides refunds only for defective products .   B-BLING* has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by  B-BLING*   to be defective, we will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. If the product was purchased with a gift card,  B-BLING*   will issue a Partake gift card in the amount of the purchase price . *Minor damage to packaging is not considered "defective."Personalised items can not be returned nor refunded as they are specially made for you and are no more resellable. 

This is important to know that only TAGGED items are eligible for refund.  

How long do I have to request a refund?

You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund.  After that,  B-BLING*  will not process a refund request.

How do I request a refund?

How is my refund credited?

All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product.  

Shipping Charges:  Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges if paid.
